Delete your data

You can delete everything Saveroot holds about you at any time. Deletion covers: your saved links, all derived content (transcripts, summaries, claims, frames), your knowledge-base articles, digests, and account records.

Option 1 — from the bot

  1. Open your Saveroot chat (Telegram).
  2. Send the message: delete my data
  3. Confirm when asked. Your data is removed within 30 days (immediately from the active systems; residual backups expire within 30 days).

Option 2 — by email

Email privacy@saveroot.app with the subject "Data deletion request" from the email associated with your account, or include your Telegram username. We confirm completion within 30 days.

What about data transferred via Meta Data Portability?

Saved-item lists you transferred to Saveroot are deleted as part of the same request — the deletion covers all imported and derived data without exception.
